More Output Per Shift with Multi-Job Software
A well prepared cluster of jobs can be started under multi-job control at shift end and run unattended into the night on one long sleeve or plate-on-sleeve configuration with an auto shut-off at the end.
Profiling software provides the user easy file conversion from 1 bit Tiff to 3D engraving format. The flexible software provides image and dot view to optimized dot formation and surface and under surface definition.
Material calibration software saves valuable time when changing over to new material and screening definitions. Any Dot angle, dot elevation and dot height is easily set for optimized printing.
Files simple load from USB or LAN and can be processed either in-line or offline, whatever is workflow is chosen. Material calibration, image files and log files archive automatically.
Multi-job and auto-switch functions allow for planned unattended production outside manned shifts and in weekends.
